Comments on CHRONO example robot_delta_IK.r3d
Test interactive kinematics on the Delta(TM) robot.
What to do: load the file, select the 'EFFECTOR' object (i.e. the moving platform) and use the IK tool in Chrono tooltab to move it interactively.
This example is not for animation.

Test the kinematics of this strange parallel robot by moving it with the mouse. You must use the Chrono IK (Interactive Kinematics) tool to move it.

When using interactive kinematics, we suggest you to switch on the grid, so you can see where is your input-plane in 3d space. In fact, the IK tool moves mechanism parts by dragging them on the current input plane.

You can use the IK tool on other parts of the robot, for example try to move one of the three rectangular wings.

If you press the play button, the animation will just show a robot falling down, since this example is intended for interactive IK only.
