Create a rotator object for rotating copies of selected objects about a given point or aligning
them along a given line. Select the object(s), activate the Rotator tool and set options. Define a point
(Rotate mode) or a line segment (Align mode) on a View window.
The rotator tool has the following options:
Mode - Defines whether to rotate or align.
Orientation - Defines how rotation axis is given. This control is available only when
Rotate mode is selected.
