This is a photorealistic rendering test scene. Thanks to a complex skin shader and global illumination, the rendering time should be long enough to be measurable even in very fast systems. You should render the test on the file render window to a bmp file (600*600 pixels).
In a single or a dual processor system, the optimal render box count is quite high, 12*12 boxes. The reason is relatively high level of surface detail on some areas of the face model. Box division localizes data processing and therefore increases speed. Long post processing time means that acceleration by network rendering has some limitations.
